Now, the public assistance system for city offices is under construction by an open source.
It is my aim that people and wisdom with know-how will be collected by making a source code open.
We are going to gather people in a project rather than to to gather people in a company.
When moving a big project, a small organization is governed by JV (joint venture),
and development and application are promoted.
We think that it is not the time of hiding know-how for every company, from now on.
Just by sharing, value is born to "wisdom."
